Prenatal Health.. (:

During Pregnancy women dislike their body because they have been struggling with their weight already and are frightened and worried about being able to loose it. I say.. why bother worrying? Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, sure you won't have your prefect body anymore but you are carrying a miracle inside you. There are many harmful factors during pregnancy, but i think that the worst ones are poor nutrition, tobacco and medication/prescription drugs. Poor nutrition can lead to your child being over or under weight and could cause a mental illness. Who would carry a baby for so long and allow that to happen to something they care so much about? Pregnant women should be taking prenatal vitamins and be taking suppliments for iron, calcium and folic acid. Being around tobacco or around people who smoke and lead to your child having a chance of being premature, suffer from S.I.D.S, lung cancer and more. Parents or unborn child should stay away from all that. People who are pregnant should be aware of things they can eat and what they can't. They should be aware of what is harmful to their child and what they need to be healthy.Women who are pregnant should be exercising more and keeping inshape. It helps because for those who are worried about weight gain won't gain the extra they don't need. It will help the mother recover faster if she is inshape more. It will increase their self esteem and won't put them into postpartum depression. Who wants depression after they bring a miracle into the world? It should be a happy time not a time where you are panicky and filled with fear.
