Good Prenatal Health

I think that a healthy mom knows the right way to take care of herself and her unborn baby with the proper diet. She should stay away from all unhealthy foods such as herbal tea, alchol, white bread, liver, vegetable sprouts, etc. If they stay away from these foods while they are pregnant their baby has a better chance of not contracting birth defects while in the womb. Smoking is the biggest thing to stay away from while you are pregnant because what the mother takes in the baby is also eating it. Any kind of drug that you buy should be avoided. Although there are some prenatal vitamins that you can take such as folic acids, prenatal multivitamin, etc. The most important aspect of prenatal healthcare for mom and the baby is Lots of confidence and no stress. If these are avoided the baby will be happy and so will the mother.
