the dos and donts of pregnancy

I think that the proper nutrition of a mother expecting a child is to eat healthy and to respect the life within her, when a mother is exercising she is to be aware that too much exercise can lead to her being dehydrated and could collapse harming the baby, taking prenatal tests can ensure that you know that your baby is healthy and that the baby doesn't have any diseases, some things NOT to do are take DRUGS (perscription or illegal) or DRINK ALCOHOL, my opinion to this is very strongly agreeing with this if i was married and was having a child i would wants whats best for my child.
